7M engines repairing
 

Ich habe gehoren wie ist in seinen Land reparaturen 7M engines by Toyota.

Ich bin ein Toyota Fan aus Tsechische Republik und ich habe shon 6x rapariert 7M engine ( GE und auch GTE ).

Wenn sie moechten hier ist die Preisse ..

sechs stucke Kolben, mit Kolbenringen, Ausschliffe der Kurbelwelle, sechs stucke Kurbelstangelagern, sechs stucke Kurbelwellelagern, Motorblock Abgleich, Motorkopf Abgleich, metallishe Kopfdichtung ( Grosse nach Wunsch ). Kompletieren ...

die Preisse ist von 1300 bis 1600 euro..

weitere informacionen kann ich geben durch die ICQ ( 285-324-726 ) aber bitte in English, sie kennen sehen das Deutsch mach mir Problemen :D

Kolben hat Wiseco , oder auf Bestellung erzeugte Schmiedekolben

WISECO isn begriff in der motrrad-tuningszene. stellen schmiedekolben etc her. wußte garnicht das die auch kolben für die supra haben (machen?). :eek:

jo doch ist mir mal bei ebay usa übern weg gelaufen...scheints zu geben

yep, Wiseco-kolben in der Supra sind nix ungewöhnliches, jedenfalls nicht in den USA ;)

should be interesting for me. Had some conversation with Fray some time before. Should be not so far away from Dresden. I make around 2-3 engines per year (not all 7M, most 5 cyl. Audi) and there are not so much (if any) engine builders around that make a good custom rebuild for a reasonable price. And not if i bring or wish imported parts like pistons or ask for special tolerances.

Pistons which I use is olmost custom made. Many people want have in their car som "Marks" to say - Hey I have Wiseco pistons etc.. " so this people must pay.. But tehre are another way too. I have many friends on Pilsen university for machinery, so when it is needed they build for me custom pistons, headgaskets and another parts...
This people are very clever, so for then is no problem, when I bring for example HKS BOV , to study then and make his onwn idea for BOV, make plans and in a small series to build.. In another causes the sell this plans to me , or another guy and he start with building this...

They didnt make copies, you will found no HKS and another signs on this partsor ather marks..
Many people, like me, dont need to say Hi I have so expensive and exclusive parts in ma car, we want to drive our cours , and to have thne in good condition..

There are many supras which have abour 300-400 HP with original pistons, so for applications where supra owners want to tune up the car till 300-350 HP I recomemnded original Toyota pistons ( which Im selling for 390 till 430 eur with piston rings ) and they are pleased..

Wiseco Kolben
 

WISECO Kolben sind astrein, wurden viele Jahre in Deutschland vertrieben, den Importeur gibts nur nicht mehr.
Toller Preis, hervorragende Qualität.
Ich verwende sie bei meinen Mercury/Johnson Außenbordmotoren.
Zumal es von WISECO Übergrößen gibt, die original nicht erhältlich sind.

In meiner Vespa lief Wiseco auch gut.
Wie soll man es erklähren.
Son Motor ist wie ne Frau, jeder hat ne andere Vibration :D
Togal hilft bei dem einen, dem anderen hilft nur Asperin,
Einer kann Milch saufen bis hinten gegen der andere nicht.
Glaubt es mir, mit Wiseco haben wir schon recht viel Spaß gehabt. :aua:
Kolben sind ja oval (ballig) gearbeitet und dehnen sich aus, schrumpfen
dann wieder auf istmaß wenn sie kalt sind. aber Wisecoscheiße schrumpfte
noch weiter, sie zogen sich sozusagen zusammen. Das war nicht lustig :eek:
Getestet an Hochleistungssaugern Egli Kawa, Dragrace-Bike SSB klasse,
und Egli MRD 1 Turbo. Hat ne menge Geld gekostet, desshalb, MAHLE.
Habe jetzt über 15000 mit Mahle und to4, und läuft und läuft.
Prüfstand kommt wenn Schneemalöhr weg ist. Hab endlich einen in der
Nähe gefunden der über 500Ps drückt. :p
